Right to Freedom of Religion (Articles 25 to 28)
4. Right to Freedom of Religion (Articles 25 to 28) : India is a secular State. Articles 25 to 28 of the Constitution confer on the people of India the following freedoms : (a) to follow any religion of their choice, (b) to practise it according to their specific ways, and (c) to preach it The only restrictions on this right is that nothing should be done to malign or incite reaction among the followers of other religions.
