Right Against Exploitation (Articles 23 to 24)
3. Right Against Exploitation (Articles 23 to 24) : The Constitution under Articles 23 and 24 puts a firm end to such exploitation as forced labour, beggary, traffic in women and children and unjustified under-payment. This right also prohibits employment of children below 14 in mines, factories and other occupations fraught with danger. Bonded labour in any form has also been made illegal.
