They are triploblastic, unsegmented and show bilateral symmetry.
Body cavity is not a true coelom.
Alimentary canal is complete.
Sexes are separate.

Examples : Ascaris (Round worm), Enterobius (Pin worm), Wuchereria (filaria worm)
